Founded with passion and knowledge, owners Kassi and Brooke bring over 35 combined years of experience teaching, coaching and leading energizing group exercise programs. Along with a stellar team of certified instructors, we are committed to providing workouts that are safe, effective and fun.

We want you to enjoy your time at SweatSesh, whether you’re working out or just hanging out. Before or after class, enjoy our chic outdoor patio and fireplace or chill in our tranquil seating area with conversation nooks perfect for catching up with friends. Need to refresh? We also have a stunning locker room with spa vibes where you can regroup and relax before tackling the rest of your day.

Kickstart your health journey with Kristen. Rates for this customized program are $199 for the first month and $150 for each additional month. SweatSquad members receive special pricing!
