Please note - PRIOR to participating in any class, all members, guests and first-time visitors MUST complete an online waiver and MUST book a class via our online scheduler. Download our app, available on Apple and Android devices.

We offer a variety of classes including cardio, strength training, and mind/body formats. We have curated a diverse selection of workouts led by our experienced instructors. SweatSesh is proud to partner with Les Mills®, the worldwide leader in group fitness, for many of our classes.

At SweatSesh, we’re invested in YOU! In order to focus on your health and well-being, we limit our membership to 222 households. This allows us to cultivate a truly personalized experience, ensuring you receive the attention and support you deserve on your path to fitness.
Maintaining smaller class sizes creates an environment where every workout fosters a sense of camaraderie, support and connection among members that makes every fitness experience fun.

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Our small class sizes ensure our instructors can provide modifications and adjustments to allow everyone to participate and progress at their own pace.

We are a boutique fitness studio and do not offer childcare.

Yes, we have ample parking available in front and around the corner of our front doors for your convenience.

We recommend wearing athletic-style clothes that allow you to move freely. Closed-toe, athletic-style sneakers are required for most classes, except for Barre, Pilates and Les Mills® BODYBALANCE®.

All necessary equipment is provided for our classes. While some participants prefer to bring their own mat, it's not necessary. We also provide towels for sweat or for a post-workout shower.

Absolutely! Our instructors encourage listening to your body and making modifications as needed. Whether you're feeling unwell, overly fatigued or simply need to adjust the intensity, we support you in customizing your workout experience.

Classes begin promptly as scheduled, so we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in process. If you arrive late, doors may be locked for safety.

For month-to-month members, please notify SweatSesh by the 15th of the month if you would like to cancel for the following month. Failure to do so by the 15th will result in auto-draft as outlined in the Terms & Conditions. Six month contract members can only cancel a membership with a doctor’s note due to medical reason or relocation of primary residence more than 20 miles away. Please notify SweatSesh at info@sweatseshok.com.

Your wellness is important to us. Membership accounts may be frozen or put on a temporary hold if you cannot use SweatSesh because of a temporary medical condition. SweatSesh will assist you by putting your membership on hold for a determined length of time.
Note that if SweatSesh has exceeded its 222 membership capacity, you may be put on a waitlist to re-activate your membership.

Yes, we offer Personal Training! 30 minute and 60 minute sessions are available. Non-members welcome too! Click here for all the info!
