SweatSesh offers 40+ group fitness classes per week, including 6 formats from Les Mills® along with barre, cycle, cardio kickbox, Pilates, and more! Class sizes range from 2 to 30 attendees. Using the best equipment in an energetic setting, SweatSesh brings fitness fun to East Edmond.
SweatSesh classes start as early as 5:30 am and continue through the evening. Whether you’re an early bird, need a lunchtime pick-me-up, or determined to “get it done” after a long day at work, we have a class for you!
Class length varies from 30 to 60 minutes. All classes include a warm-up with introduction, “heart” of the class, cool-down, and stretching.

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE® is a new-generation yoga class that improves your mind, body and life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors always provide options for those just getting started.

The original barbell workout, BODYPUMP™ is a total body workout that burns calories, shapes and tones your entire body, increases core strength and improves bone health. Instructors coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques, pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve your balance and help you to prevent injury. Using the Smartband resistance band, weight plates and body weight, LES MILLS CORE™ combines crunches and hovers along with hip, butt and lower back exercises. This class brings it all!

It’s time to get stronger with LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™, a sequence of 12 x 45-minute progressive workouts. Whether new to lifting or a seasoned pro, LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ builds muscle in phases based on strength and conditioning science, improves technique and grows your confidence so you can train more powerfully in all facets of life.

LES MILLS TONE™ has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels, ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.

This combo class is half cycle + full LES MILLS CORE™ = ALL the fun! Using cardio-based drills on the bike for 25 minutes to rev up your metabolism, then finish with 30 minutes of LES MILLS CORE™ (see CORE™ description above for more info), you are ensured a sweaty, full-body workout.

Borrowing traditional elements from yoga, Pilates and ballet, Barre is a low-impact workout designed to strengthen your entire body. During Barre, you experience small isometric movements to help tone and build strength, gain flexibility and develop agility. Various equipment is used, such as light weights, resistance bands, booty bands, small balls, yoga blocks and gliding discs. This class is traditionally done barefoot, but you are welcome to keep your shoes on.

This moderate-to-high-intensity class is a challenging, fun, no-holding-back adventure. It uses dim lighting and a resistance-adjusting stationary bike, which provides computer-based metrics along the way. The music and instructor motivate you to “go the extra mile” through cardio drills, visualization and inspiration.

Kickbox is a martial arts-inspired cardio workout of moderate to high intensity. You learn punches, kicks and blocks mixed with athletic-style moves to build “bouts.” You can use a free-standing kickboxing bag during class or stay on the floor in more of a “shadowboxing” style. Kickboxing challenges endurance, engages muscle-mind connection and brings supreme gratification!

This mat Pilates class includes all the things we need in our lives but rarely take the time to do on our own. Practical Pilates infuses mind, body and breath through traditional Pilates exercises. These movements improve muscle strength and balance, aiding with increased coordination. Deep stretching is included to help with flexibility.

A shorter and slightly more intense version of our popular Cardio Kickboxing class, Quick Kick brings an extra punch (and kicks)! Inspired by martial arts, Quick Kick is shadowboxing style of 4 bouts, separated by bursts of athletic drills.

Our one-of-a-kind HIIT class (High Intensity Interval Training) is a true sweat sesh! Experience sports conditioning, improve cardiovascular fitness, build strength and maximize calorie burn. This workout often uses various equipment and bodyweight for multi-dimensional conditioning training, intended to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power. Inspirational coaches will motivate you to go harder to get fit, fast.

75 minutes - 2 days a week (T/Th) for 8 weeks
If you crave variety in your workouts and enjoy more individualized training from a Coach, then SweatSquad is for you! SweatSquad is small group training, limited to 6 participants per 8 week session. Squad members get a variety of specialized workouts from a dedicated Coach. Form your Squad by building group camaraderie with others who share similar fitness goals! Your results will be tracked through assessments administered at the beginning and end of the session. Squad members receive special pricing ($125 for 8 week session) on customized health coaching with our certified Health Coach, Kristen. It is recommended to commit to both body and nutrition for the full 8-week session to obtain optimal results (Squad $50 + Health Coaching $125). Space is limited so don’t hesitate to find your Squad!

SweatSesh now offers personal training with our experienced, certified trainers! Personal training provides a one-on-one program tailored to fit your specific wellness needs. Using a variety of equipment in a uniquely beautiful setting, our personal trainers motivate, guide and support you, helping you crush your fitness goals. Whether you are looking to build strength, achieve weight loss, recover from injury or maintain accountability, our trainers are here to help you succeed.
